Couriers: Independent contractors matched by the Wosel Platform to conduct delivery services.
Merchants: Store owners who list their products on the Wosel Platform.
Service Providers: Independent contractors who perform services in support of Wosel’s activities.
Suppliers: Individuals or companies entering into supply contracts with Wosel.
Employees: Current employees and job applicants.
Shareholders: Individuals or entities holding shares in Wosel.
Directors: Individuals overseeing the management of Wosel.

Wosel Account: Your account on the Wosel App for Users, Merchants, and Couriers.
Wosel App: A mobile and web application allowing Users to view Merchants and their product listings and place orders.
Wosel Platform: A software platform listing Merchants, presenting them to Users through the Wosel App, and matching Couriers with orders.
Wosel Services: Services provided through the Wosel Platform, including mobile-e-commerce-as-a-service (MaaS) and delivery-fleet-as-a-service (DaaS).
You: Refers to Users, Non-Users, Couriers, Merchants, Service Providers, Suppliers, Employees, Shareholders, or Directors.

II. Type of Information We Collect and How We Use It

A. Users

Personal Information Collected:
- Full name, email address, country of residence, birth date, phone number, username, and password.
- Delivery pick-up or drop-off information, payment information, order details, identification documentation (in certain scenarios), and technical information about your device and usage.
Purpose of Collection:
- To provide Wosel Services, complete transactions, deliver orders, offer personalized content, understand user interaction, and provide customer service.

B. Non-Users

Personal Information Collected:
- Name, contact information, address (for gift receipt), and communication details.
Purpose of Collection:
- To provide customer service and deliver gifts.

C. Couriers, Merchants, Service Providers, and Suppliers

Personal Information Collected:
- Full name, email address, birth date, phone number, country of residence, username, and password, identification documentation, and precise geolocation (for Couriers).
Purpose of Collection:
- Onboarding, administering payments, operating Wosel Services, and location tracking for Couriers.

D. Employees

Personal Information Collected:
- Full name, email address, CV, birth date, phone number, emergency contact, country of residence, work permit and visa applications, bank account details, and identification documentation.
Purpose of Collection:
- Recruitment, employment, and payroll administration.

E. Shareholders

Personal Information Collected:
- Full name, contact details, CV, country of residence, source of funds, and identification documentation.
Purpose of Collection:
- Maintaining shareholder records, processing share transactions, and reporting to authorities.

F. Directors

Personal Information Collected:
- Full name, contact details, CV, birth date, country of residence, source of funds, and identification documentation.
Purpose of Collection:
